Title: jealousy in the church

have you had a person,director,or fellow musician envy you so much they never have anything good to say about you just because you're annoited by god.i have a director of my church that tells people o if i were playing that song i would of did this or that, but when you tell them to come play the song it's no you got it i don't know that song?

thanks for that,and that's what i do.i just want to know if anybody else go through that at their church

I recommend moreso, that you pray for yourself. A prayer is in vain for a person that doesn't accept they need it. Kinda like a rubber ball bouncing off a wall, the ball doesn't go through it. You can only control YOUR actions and reactions. Pray that God conditions YOU to handle the situation. 
                          Oh yeah, I have these type of folks at my church too!!!  Funny thing, God is weeding them out of our church.

I know just what you're talking about. I got this person at I my church who is sometimy like that as well. All I say is that we continue to pray for them and trust and believe that God will see both us and that certain individual(s) through,
