 :) Will someone PLEASE help me with the song "Hold on Change is Comin" our youth choir sings it and God hasen't revealed the chords to me yet. My mom always told me if you put forth an effort God will do the rest.

(repeat for whole song)

That is the whole song.  Keeping the bassline going is the most important part of the song, so practice that and get it down first, then add in the chords.  Hope this helps you out!!!
