Opinions will appreciated. i know these wont cut for regular playin' but they are reallllllllllllly helpful for those slow heavenly melodies me n the keyboardist play durin' altar call. So far i've found the 16" A Custom Fast Crash n i think the 17" K Custom Session crash(if i'm not mistaken).

Heard a couple Paiste Signatures and I dont think it can get better than this lol.
-
I like the A Custom Fast Crashes I have a 17" which is beautiful sounding!
I'm not a fan of the Sesison Series too much...
I love the 21" Hand Hammered Manhattan ride that sabian makes...
and my favorite splashes of all time have to be UFIP... So light and airy but not too light....

I like them all but the 18" stands out the most to me. Nathaniel Townsley plays the 18". it sounds really good.

Soon as I read J's last post the same thought popped into my head. Man, I'm down for this, especially since I missed the Chris Coleman clinic at D2G. We most definitely need to set this one up.
By the way Jeremy, will you be playing on a Candied Yam set for this recording or the GMS joints? ;)
-
Let's try to set it up - we can get a rental, or something like that. I can get a 25% discount on Enterprise vehicles.

...Paiste's sound sooooo good in a Worship Setting. I cannot disagree. I'm still trying to figure out what Ride Cymbal Nat Townsley was using on that M.D. Fest. '03. That Ride sounded really nice.

of course lol. yo j-kay, you're more experienced with cymbals, what cymbals have you played on that you recommend would be the best for worship settings. Paiste won me, but I saw the price n almost went in a coma.

Dude PAISTE.....man especially for worship....maaan....dude I will have a set of nice Paistes one day.....or maybe in 20 years if I get endorsed by them :D haha...j/k....Man if I had the money those would be my first pick. Work with what you got man. Like a year ago at my church we had old cracked and broken Sabians AAX. We got them new and lasted us a long long time but then they cracked and we had to use them cracked and broken for a long time because the church didn't have money for new cymbals at the time. It was cool though man. It's not all about the gear man. I learned that. When it is not possible to buy new gear it's just not. Stay encouraged brotha. Keep playing for God man. GB.
