Post by: yamaha06 on May 09, 2007, 11:30:13 AM
Check this out, one is the Sonor 3005 all maple series on my display pic. Another is the new Pearl Export all maple. And the last is a ddrum dominion maple player. What's the best out of the three?

Dont you want a Gretsch Catalina Birch? ?/? ?/? ?/? ?/?

I'd suggest the Sonor or ddrum.

...if you're going to go with a Maple kit, the New Pearl Export is hott and unique because right now.....hardly anyone owns it. ;)

...if you're going to go with ddrum, make sure you get the Ash kit.

...the Sonor 3005 takes 3rd place for the reason that Sonor's New 3007 Series brings all maple shells and 8x10 and 9x12 rack toms versus the 3005's 9x10, 10x12.  (Unless you're getting a great deal)
