Title: Where to start???

I am one of the persons in charge of starting a new community gospel chorale.  Anybody have any ideas on where to start, what to look at first, or any ideas period? ?/?

You start in prayer listening for your  vision and purpose.

Is this a choir that's going to record albums? Will you travel extensively? Will you do local concerts? Is this music ministry tied into a particular denomination? Do you have deep pockets to underwrite expenses or will the choir use dues to raise capital? Is this an auditioned group or a come what may choir? There are tons of things that need to happen before you call an interest meeting. Take care of those items first...
