You CAIN'T (intentional) feel no ways tired!

WOW, I was expecting that...its all good....why do you guys judge me on the content and not the skill? I don't get it. All the drummers you listen to do not play gospel music but the reason why you listen to them is because of there skill not the content. Think on it...Dave Weckl....Dennis Chambers....Billy Cobham....Steve Gadd....what music do they play? You listen for there skill not there content.

With regards to the part in bold, you can't make that statement because you don't know everyone. You have no idea why people listen to whomever.
Furthermore, because this is a gospel website, it would be better if you were to find clips of whomever, you're trying to highlight, playing gospel music.
Just my pair of pence, bruh. ;)

That's cool...so I guess you don't listen to any other drummers. Only gospel drummers.....I really want to believe that........ ?/?

Man I would just say in the future hit the mods of this forum or 4his and ask if it's ok to post to avoid the confusion. Me personally I would prefer seeing LGM drummers play other than some random cat on Youtube... :-\

Hey Man.. In my opinion. Don't get upset and flustered at the reaction. Just as you can never please everyone cuz they have different tastes, people also have different views of whats acceptable or not musically when it comes to gospel vs secular. I myself don't mind seeing a LGM drummer asking for critique playing a solo or secular stuff or a secular guy like weckl or chambers doing their thing. People have posted clips like Weckl Gadd and Coliautta (sorry if I spelled it wrong ;-) ) before and it got response. Clips from clinics etc. To each his own, but just be mindful of that. having said all that, I have no idea of the content of the words etc from your clip cuz I can't see youtube at work. But Keep workin on your craft bro. Music in and of itself is not bad, its what is conveyed in that music that makes it bad..

Yeah trakfire1, I think you'll get better responses on the PM.
As for the content of your playing... you got good skills man.

...Beech Customs are the truth. Add Akira Jimbo's Sign. snare to 'em and you have a definate winner. 8)

Eh man, you didja thang!!! I most definetly respect it. ;D
-
Yo man, you looked like you were having alot of fun too. I think that's what alot of drummers are missing...GOSPEL OR NOT...
And I noticed how you stayed true to your gospel roots, but you kept the same rock groove...Now thats how its done mayne!!!
-
Just checked it out... good job man.
-
Wow some self righteous punks in here!!! Anyway! Guy your drums sound awesome, but the are Yamahas..Awesome solo at 2:47, your timing was awesome in it!!! Nice fill at 3:50! The lead singer kinda sounds like sting, LOL! The only thing Id say is study Stewart Copeland's drumming and learn from it. The solo was awesome BUT the groove for that kind of music was missing the Stewart Copelandesk kind of stuff. Keep it up!

Good stuff.
I was listening to The Police just a couple of days ago. I was tripping on how good Stewart Copeland's snare sounded on all of those old tracks. Stewart Copeland was and is still is the man. Do your thing my man. I'm still digging your work wth The Cheetah Girls. As long as you are working in a positive environment it's all good to me. I guess I'll never be able to post any clips in here because I do R&B and Hip-hop more than I do gospel. That's where I seem to get the most opportunity.
Keep up the good work.
