Title: Calvin Rodgers on the new Marvin Sapp CD
Post by: DeeMee on July 03, 2007, 10:15:12 AM
The new CD is entitled, "Thirsty" and it's a real nice CD overall. The drums are mixed pretty high on this one so you can really "feel" him. The CD comes out today so go pick it up.

I have uploaded a full song from the album to give you a little taste. Enjoy!!

You should get the DVD, there is so much drum footage on there, I thought I was watching an instructional of C Rodgers, watch the dvd in surround and you will blown away by the sound of his drums.

I just got back from grocery/'nick-nack' shopping with my wife at Wal*Mart, and I picked up the CD today (07/07/07).  I'll have to give it a listen later.   ;D

Please, any CD is worth burning, that's the American way. ;D

Okay, I've gotten a chance to listen to most of it, and I like it.  It's straight ('specially Shout Unto God - nice work, A. Lindsay on that one).  Whomever was responsible for doing the final mix must love the drums, because they are very prominent, which is cool!
