Title: Need help with chords and baselines in Bb

I am trying to learn how to play in all keys but this key has me sort of mystified....please help me with mellow chords, preaching chords  and baselines in the key of Bb..So far I just play the same old thing, I want a change up.

You know what? It is hard to transfer your keyboard knowledge to the organ....where in the world do you start???? :'( :'( :'( :'(
