Could some post a sample handbook or manual of guideline for their music ministry? Currently, I am in the process brainstorming a handbook-or manual-for our music department. I just wondering if anyone had one i could sample. And do u think it would be a good idea to do one handbook for the whole department and break it off into chapters or make seperate books for each section of the music ministry?

If you search under sister T and ministry handbook you should be able to find some useful info. Otherwise, got to earnestandroline.com (http://earnestandroline.com).
I used this handbook as a guide and it is very good.

Here is ours....

Can someone please forward me this handbook. I've been the MOM for a new ministry named Healing Hearts International Ministries for about a year now, and I'm sure there's some things that I need to know besides teaching musicians and choirs.
HELP!!!!! (LOL!) SERIOUSLY!
