where do you go to download like a free trial version of protools, cakewalk, sonar?? I just want to see which one i want to buy and which one i could work best with.

protools has no free trial version, unless you get "protools free" which dosnt work on windows 2000, or XP, or mac osX.

Mebbe you can get sonar(cakewalk, same thing)  a "test drive demo", goto cakewalk.com
