Do you know the price on these jokers?

About $1600 for a shell pack and $1900 with hardware.  And I saw this set in person.  Its not all that hot but the birds eye over maple finish is stunning!

Man for that price might as well save up another $600 and cop a DW...

I've seen 'em both.  To be quite honest, IMHO, PDP's Aztec Gold Fade LX and Metallic Tobacoo Burst LX kits are the stunning kits in the whole PDP Line.  The LX line is as high as "I" would go with PDP. ;)

true dat!  Right now Casio has a 6 piece broken glass DW with no snare for 2500!  Now thats a bet.  They also have a 4 piece fusion kit for 2100 with a 20" kick!

IMHO the PDP LXE series is charging mostly for the exotic finishes.  And to be completely honest, the PDP's (LX and LXE) series are better looking than a lot of high-end kits, but I'm not in to paying for looks.  I would rather have a quality drum set.

...the Sam Ash by my way had this DW in a 4 piece config. (no snare/hardware) for $2,499.99.  The kit has been in the store for at least 3 years.  It had a few scratches on it.  I think they should've sold it for at least $1,800.

I'm really trying to get a real nice kit with hardwear and cymbals I'm really only trying to spend no more then $3500 -3600 for everything now if I can get a dw with hardwear and cymbals for that price let me no, thats why I ask about the ddrums dominion player kit I was told that it was a nice kit but the hardwear like the cymbals stands hihats stands and bass pedal sucks so I'm asking if I get the ddrum dominion player kit 8,10,12,14,16,toms 22 bass with dw hardwear would I be cool and remember in that $3500 is includs the set hardwear and cymbals, now the 5piece ddrum set is about $1000 at the GC and I get the addon toms ,8,14 inch I can get it for about $1050-1100 because I cool with the drum manager at GC. so let me no  ?/? ?/? ?/? 8) 8) :P :P

This is "Stiksnmypocket's" kit.  Holla at him and he'll help you out since he works at G.C. I think. :-\  He uses Pearl Hardware as you can tell.  Don't use DW Hardware on a "ddrum" kit.  DW and ddrum don't get along right now.  LOL
