here is a link to a chorded scales chart..it goes up in a circle of 4ths.
http://www.earnestandroline.com/Music/Lessons/scalesfingering.html (http://www.earnestandroline.com/Music/Lessons/scalesfingering.html)
that means that you move from playing in a certain key to playing in it's 4th note..you will change keys 12 times to play in all keys.
I slightly modified mine to give it a contemporary feel by shifting the root note in the right hand to the note right b4 it in its respective scale.
hence C/ C-E-G changes to C/B-E-G in the key of C. ;
A/A-C-E changes to A/G-C-E etc..

so how do you begin to practice them.

from what was already posted use the fingering for the right & left hand to play each scale.
For example C major:
RH: thumb is 1; pointer is 2; middle finger 3; thumb 4; pointer is 5; middle finger 6; ring finger is 7; pinky is 8
C D E F G A B C
This is just an example of how to use the site that was just posted; if you have anymore problem let me know
