SEARCHING FOR THE TITLE AND LYRICS TO A SONG.A FEW OF THE WORDS IN THE SONG AS I REMEMBER; I NEED THE LORD TO GUIDE ME EVERYDAY, I GOT TO HAVE JESUS I JUST CAN'T MAKE ON MY OWN, EVERY SECOND, EVERY MINUTE, EVERY HOUR, EVERY DAY I PRAY

Chords to this song would be great because all I can find a guitar notes.

You should be able to figure out the chords from the guitar chord chart. The same chords are used for both instruments, you just have to play a corresponding piano chord for every guitar chord.
