Title: Who sing the song Didn't it Rain?

Does anyone know who sings the song with the following lyrics:

Didn't it rain children
God's gonna send the waters from Zion
Rain from Heaven on high
It's gonna rain, it's gonna rain

The lead singer is singing about Noah and the choir is in the background singing I guess something like du whap?

Please help.

I went online and listened to that version and that's not it.  Thank you anyway.  That one has a female lead singer.  This one has a male doing the lead.
