I think you may want to revisit the way you set up your drums.  Think about raising your seat about an inch.  Your snare so that you're not playing it below your legs.  Leveling out your rack toms and raising your floor toms.  You didn't look 100% comfortable behind your kit.  You may not have ever thought about set up, because thats the way you have probably been playing that way for quite some time.

i just changed it like that about 2 months ago and i love it. i was playing today with my eyes closed like nothing and it was nice. maybe if someone changed it for me i would like it more but thats the way i know how to set it up.
