Greetings all:
I know the rhythm of the work: "I can go to God in prayer." Tempo roughly 140-220BPM (depending on performance).
I have never played it, and, although I have sung it several times, the chords are escaping me as I'm definitely a linear listener (blame Bach). Will someone please write a Roman Numeral or Standard Chord (letter-based) progression? Or, can someone prepare a "finale" file with the chords over a bass part (or a figured bass)?
I personally like Albertina Walker's performance, although there are others of similar quality.
I believe this piece was originally written in either C Major or D-flat Major. I'm a school teacher, so buying the music is not an option, unless someone has a spare copy.
Thanks,
C. Johnson

If you have the (free) vanbasco midi player you can use this MIDI file by Samuel Tolbert to get the chords. If not you can go to www.vanbasco.com
