I would just do some regular lent songs.

But Cece winans song "allabaster Box" mentions foot washing

One song that comes to mind right off the bat is "Come Lay Your Head On Me" recorded by Donald Lawrence & The Tri-City Singers. If I can think of any more, I'll be sure to post it for you.
