can you tell me what does Fmaj9(no3) means because I am confused.

I'd just call it a C/F chord, if it was spelled like that, but in your case, it's probably spelled like this...

E-F-G-C F-G-C-E

...with an F in the bass.

It means an F major 9th chord with no 3rd.

FM9 = F-A-C-E-G
FM9 (no 3) = F-C-E-G

You can think of it as C Major over an F bass.
