Title: Sleep
Post by: joshuag on March 26, 2008, 01:48:58 PM
How much sleep do you normally get?

I have seen people say they go to bed at 1 or 2 am and get up at 6 or 7 am with no problem. Then there are some that are in the bed by 9 pm. So how much sleep do you get?

It's very rare that I'll go to sleep before Midnight. I try to turn out by 1:00 AM, but often times I find myself stretching towards 2:00 AM. It seems as if everytime I attempt to sleep, I feel there's something better I could be doing.

I try to go to bed early.  I've been in district meeting all week and so I've been getting to bed late, which is very frustrating for me.  Usually I'm in bed around 9:30, 10:00 at the latest and up between 5 and 6 AM

I value sleep very highly, and I'm not a morning person at all.  When I have to get up at a certain time, I almost always make sure I'm asleep 8 hours before the alarm clock will sound.  I even get in bed about a half hour earlier to give myself time to fall asleep.

I don't usually function very well when I'm sleepy, and I'm not very happy when I have to wake up after having fewer than 8 hours of sleep.

I use to sleep ALL THE TIME!

and I'm not a morning person at all.

I'm not a morning person either, I have a VERY bad attitude when I wake up earlier then what I want to. I normally wake up around 12, or 1 in the afternoon.

Sleep?  Wow, that sounds so good right about now. I'm usually in the bed aroun 3a or 4a and up again at 6 to help patrick get ready for school. I might fall asleep for another hour or two, but I'm up again for the same routine...especially for the past two weeks. This is my last week of school and the concert is this weekend, so less sleep this week.

A friend of mine uses one too.  We were working on his music into the late hours and dude fell asleep and was snoring something awful so I recorded it because he didn't know how bad it was.  He decided to get some help after that.  His wife called to thank me. :)

Um, we might be twins or something.  Excepting I have to get up for work earrrrly in the morning at 7am :(.  It sucks.  I don't like to talk or think that early.  The worst is when people are talking to you and asking questions.  I'm like, I need quiet for about 1-2hours before I have to communicate!  It's too early!

I can't stand people like that.  >:(

I could go to bed at 9 o'clock at night, and still have an attitude at 7:15 in the morning... I'm just not good before 10ish, no matter WHAT time I go to bed.
