Can someone help me praise the Lord... I would love the chords for this song on the acoustic guitar... please help thank and God Bless all.... 8)

Also, my chord names didn't line up with the TAB once it posted.  I couldn't correct it (it was lined up in the window beforehand already).  I think you can make it out still.
