What are gospel songs whose lyrics deal w/ remembering the sacrifice of Jesus ...any song  that's appropriate for that time in the service or for that Sunday that conveys that message? Here's a few I can think of, what are others?

When it comes to communion songs we normally sing a range of songs that include sacrafice and the blood, such as....
