Title: Final (?) mod on my Sunburst Jazz Bass
Post by: malthumb on April 14, 2008, 07:21:36 PM
So, what's different between these two pictures?  Figure that out and you'll know what my final (?) modification is to my project bass.

The block neck also has side binding (which I like).  The truss rod on the dot neck is accessible from the headstock.  On the block neck, you have to remove it to access the truss rod.  The dot neck also has the "skunk stripe", while the block neck has a 1-piece.  Otherwise, no differences.  No tone difference.
