Title: Need lyrics, vocal parts and chords to songs. Where go?

Are there any websites out there that offer ACCURATE lyrics, vocal parts and chords to gospel songs?
I do a lot of these "transcriptions" from records and I'm considering putting up a website. Do you think it's needed or is someone already covering this area sufficiently?

[I'm trained with a degree and have done charts for major records so my stuff is correct, but maybe there are others.]
