Post by: jojopo on May 27, 2008, 09:22:09 AM
here it is    God Wants A Yes
James Hall & Worship and Praise
The Best of James Hall & Worship and Praise - 2000
(Verse)

God wants a yes
Oh yes
Yes to His will
Yes to His way
When the cares of life weigh you down
Just know that He's making you
He's molding you
Come what may
It's still
Yes
Yes

(Bridge)

I'll do what You say
Go where you want me to go
Not my will
But thy will be done
Yes
Yes, Yes

(Chorus)

Yes, Yes
My soul says yes
Come what may
It's still
Yes
Yes

I think its more geared for people who know music theory....note for note would be easier to learn

Check out the Theroy section on the board to gain a better understanding. I'm not sure if 4HisGlory still has the chords with the notes included that Hammondman was so kind to provide for the board years ago, but search around and you may find it.

Also tryo putting the chord names in google, it'll come up with the notes that are apart of the chord. It may be best though, if you invest in a chord book. :)

U need some training in recognizing chords symbols then.  These links can help:

Contrary to popular belief, note for note is not eaiser to learn, it is easier to mimick.  ;)

Learning a song is more than knowing what notes to play, it's knowing the organization of those chords and possibly being able to play it in another key.
