....doesnt all of the energy from the vibrations go into ur wrists? Is this safe to use a lot? I dont remember seeing this in the article in the cymbal thread someone posted a while back.

I never really performed Cymbal Chokes on a regular basis- I just realized that. :-\

Awww youll be ight dude. It's just a cymbal choke. Im pretty shure your wrist has been hurt worser thatn before. As for me personaly.... when i perform a cymbal choke i dont even feel it at all.

Yeah, see Chan don't feel a thing! As you can tell, his name is "Chan"...that happens to be "Chinese" (am i comin' through now!...huh? huh?) Which clearly shows that he's using "Ancient Chinese Secret Techniques".
