HOW do i do this? whats the best exercises for this. i filmed myself playing the organ and even notice when i play it doesnt really flow smoothly. 1 is because i dont really dress the song mean i just play the basic chords and stuff but just in general wats a good exercise to improve smoothness of runs and chords

I dont even do those things like I should. I have very bad technique.
When playing piano, your hands should be in a position as if there is a ball under them. Your hands should not be flat on the keys.
On doing runs, you really gotta know your scales and the fingering within the scales. The fingering isnt written in stone, but it sure helps. Sometimes you gotta use your first 3 fingers to execute the run.
You also dont have to BANG the keys. Play them firmly, but dont try to hurt the piano.

Practice slowly in order to be more accurate.
Use repetition.
