Title: Praise the Lord "We just purchased our first home"
Post by: EricT on July 08, 2008, 05:10:30 AM: Sup yall been a long time since I've been here missed all of you....

GOD has been such a keeper of my mind, attitude and spirit...My wife and I purchased our first home in PG County MD, 4 br 2 full bath, single family colonial...It has been a real struggle but GOD kept me. IF you don't know banks are doing alot more needling of finances and stuff, knowing the high foreclosure rates in america...SO if you are in that process now, just be encouraged and don't stop it will happen. and believe me, if it can happen for ME, it can happen for you. Remember, we are the head and not the tail. If anyone has any questions about my experiences in the home buying process, I am happy to share them with you, just pm me. I'm just happy that we got through it.

After we get settled good. I'll be seeking some of your advice on a drumroom in the basement....Yall please continue to pray for us...
