Title: Stacey Lamont Sydnor killing a kit (literally)
Post by: lockslie1 on July 16, 2008, 02:46:52 PM: I love Mr. Sydnor's playing in a group setting, but good Lord!!! He is about to physically demolish this Mapex drum kit and entire platform!!!! @ 2:10 he almost took a nice fall, but caught himself and bumped the floor tom down a little ;D ;D ;D ;D Enjoy!! Let me know what you think.

Oops! I know I posted the other one he did with the band, but I didn't know someone else posted this one. It is hilarious though...I'm surprised he didn't bust a hole in the bass drum....it must have been a Superkick II ;)

Yeah....That is one guy who would not be allowed to touch any of my kits. If I flew him in to do a clinic I would make sure he provided his own gear!

The way I play is the way I play and fortunately God has allowed it to send me around the world a few times (currently on "The Jacksons" world tour) and perform in some of the biggest settings I never would have imagined. I truly appreciate all that was said as I found it entertaining as you know to each is own to what we like and enjoy be sure to catch us in LA on June 30th at The BET Music Festival at The Staples Center as I will be hitting with The Jacksons and New Edition and Lina Loi in the soul lounge on the 29th.
