Title: Can anyone play this shouting music

.At 0:13 in this video the musicians started to play a shout that i really want to learn and trust me i tried to play but i can't get it right. Alot of musicians play this so hopefully someone that know how to  play this can give me ths chords.

Is that the Tye Tribbet shout at the end of "You Are My Joy"?
