Hello All,
I just accepted a position at a new ministry. It will be my duty to design and organize the church's music ministry. I've served as MOM and AMOM in other locations in previous years. This, however, is a new, exciting, and daunting task. Does anyonehave any advice about where to begin? Has anyone served in a similar capacity?
