Could any one give me the basic chords to The C.O.G.I.C theme song "This is the Church Of God and Christ"?

the song is pretty basic but you might want to check Sam Tolbert's site on utube for this song, he did a good video lesson a couple year's back on this song and I think it was in Ab.

I looked for sams video and i couldnt find it but i think u were talking about the video he did called yes lord in Ab and it is the cogic theme also...
