Title: Chords to "For Every Mountain"

I would like some help on the song "Climb Every Mountain" I'm not even sure who records it. I can make out that its in dminor and uses chords from key of F. But would like some help.

isn't this song on Aretha's "Amazing Grace" ( 1972 ) with James Cleveland ?

I"m sorry i had the name of song incorrect. I still dont know the name of it, but words in the song are "For Every Mountain, you've brought me over, for every trial you seen me through, for ever blessing i sing, hallelujah, for this i give you praise."
