DOES ANYONE KNOW WORDS TO A (THE)VERSE OF "PRAY FOR ME"?

PRAY FOR ME, PRAY FOR ME
OH, MY BROTHER, PRAY FOR ME
WHEN YOU BOW, AT THE ALTAR
PLEASE, PLEASE, DON'T FORGET
TO PRAY FOR ME.

I was lost, i could'nt find my way. I thank you Jesus for praying for me.
But since i found jesus i can truly say, that i , i thank the Lord i'm on my way.
 It goes something like this. might have the words wrong. this is all i can think of. hope this helps.
