For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speakeith mysteries.

Glory to God for this heavenly language.

I pray many would desired to be filled with the Holy Ghost, which is the one who enables us to operate in this gift of tongues (Read Acts 19:1-6).

Dateline or Primetime or 20/20 did a show on this not long ago... I think it was 20/20.  They interviewed (and ran brain scans on) a number of Christians who practice speaking in tongues.  It was really interesting. 

But, I gotta say that if scientists get all the answers, they won't need faith, and without faith, it's impossible to please the Lord.

No, all jokes aside, I have so much respect for SDAs.  Those dudes are the most knowledgeable scholars I know, from the laity to the clergy to the expert scholars.  They are just so well-versed and educated.

I always said if their services were a little more Apostolic, I'd be a member in a heartbeat.  LOL

My question is why does this ned to be known or proven?  I guess something is wrong with speaking in tongues but it's perfectly normal to dance with snakes.

That machine would probably be working overtime in a lot of churches. Kinda like that joke about the robot that detects lying and gives u a smack in the back of the head. :D

Very interesting clip, it stands to reason that there are those out there trying to prove what are basically unexplainable. Thanks for sharing "jgause2". I can imagine more tests like this in the future.
