I'm teaching a high school choir...how would you teach to bring out the heavy vibrato, and loud singing. What's your technique for that?

Let them hear Ricky's choir on CD and let them see it on a DVD or VHS.  After you show them the material, you sing examples to them....or get your lead singers (those who catch on quick) together only, teach them and from there when the entire choir gets together you will have the section leaders teach their sections when they break up into sectionals with a copy of the cd and cd player for each section....

that's a start!  ;)
