Title: Recommendations for Beginngers?
Post by: SirTJ on April 23, 2009, 10:36:19 AM
Hey, could anyone recommend a couple of tutorial courses for a raw beginner? I've tried out a couple ones around the web, but I haven't come across too many that are really beneficial. Doesn't matter if it's free or priced. I'm mainly looking for something dealing with the blues/jazz/gospel style.

Thanks!

What on earth is a "beginnger"?  :D :D

Just joking man.

For raw beginners i would highly suggest any Keith Wyatt DVD from Alfred publishing. I am too lazy to do a Google search so...

But on the real his DVDs are excellent and will get you started. He is a very good teacher and speaks clearly and explains what he does very clearly.
