When I first really delved into drumset, I was watching this, the 3 over 2(which I still think is just a quintuplet phrased between hihat, bass and snare, and not an actual "3 over 2" but I digress), and many others. So much knowledge though, and so many different ideas. Flat we need ALL those vids back. I'm still looking for the Carlin Muccular one ;)

I don't have it, but I know the bass drum excercise that he demonstrated on his video.

Yeahman, that was one of my favorite parts. When I worked at GC and people would ask me about increasing footspeed, that was pretty much my go to exercise :D
