Title: What is the Difference Between a Minister of Music and a Church Musician?

Praise the LOrd LGM,

At the church where I serve as the organist,I am the full-time church musician. WOuld someone please explain to me the correct duties of a church musician. Im thinking that Im am being treated as the minister of music based upon some of my duties, or is there a difference ??/? :-\
