Title: Who sing this song?

I was at the GMWA Convention Last week and The LA Chapter sung a song and I don't know who sings it. It starts off with, "Jerusalem Jerusalem" then the only thing else i remember is "when the battle is over" Thats all i remember that was in the song. Please help me. its not a fast song but of that the ol time church feeling.

I know that song, but I don't know who sings it.  I just learned it from another director.  Our choir sings it. We call it "New Jerusalem."
