Go to www.keepvid.com (http://www.keepvid.com), and paste the url from the youtube video into the search box. Then click download. Two links should appear beneath the search bar. You can right-click on the one you want and select "Save Target As..." I normally use the mp4 link since you don't need a special converter to view the vids.

You can also download the software package from AVS, but it costs about 25-40 bucks. I did it because I needed the other software that was included with the package. Let me know if you have any problems with the website.
