can someone give me some tips on playing broken chords up the piano?
ag: Eb.....Eb,Bb,Eb, F,G,Bb,Eb,F,G,Eb.....and so on, what can I do to become smooth and fluent(I know practice is the main answer :) but) what fingering style do I use?

Looks like you are talking about arpeggios. Here's an example of an Ebadd9( Eb G Bb F) Arpeggio ascending.
G Bb Eb F .... just keep repeating
1 2 3 4 <-- RH fingering
The key to mastering arpeggios is to play them slow at first and gradually increase the speed until you have reached your desired speed.
