Is dude left-handed so, as a result, he switched the sides of the voicings on his keyboard?  :D

Looks like it's mirrored. Which would explain the bass lines played in the high register of the boards and vice versa for the chords and runs.

They make left handed guitars, why not left handed keyboards and Yamaha Grands.

Not really the same thing. The way this guy is playing is equivalent to you writing a sentence from right to left with your weak hand.  :o
