I want to compile a list of songs that captured different era's of music. I would like to have songs from the 50's 60's 70's 80's and 90's. if you have a group to suggest pleas suggest in this format.

get the "greatest hits fossil record" on CD, it has all of the best songs the Flintstones has to offer and is a great representation of the cave music from that era. (note: Fred Flintstone's renditions have a more modern feel to these cave classics)
In this particular thread, please post only 50's era music (which I think is more blues/early rock 'n' roll).
