Title: Urgent Prayer Request for my Church Family...

About a week ago, a week or so ago, an 18 year old man in Oakland, California was shot and killed but his 15 year old girlfriend at his 18th Birthday Party.

Well The funera; was today at my old church, and there was a shoot out... and 2 people were injured.

I dont know all the details, but I just know that the gun fire exchange was inside the church during the funeral... As I call my old friends, and pastor, I will be sure to update you all.

I am asking that you all just keep Cosmopolitan Baptist Church family in your prayers... Thanks!

I could comment :D (in total agreement of course)... But Imma just fold my hands, place them in my lap and shut my mouf... :D

My friends told me that had I been ushering, none of that would have happened :D Cause Idda(int) shot back... LMBO.

Seriously though, no one from the congregation was injured, and no one was shot. Thank God!

Now that's a doggone shame.  God's gonna handle that.  I recall back in the 90's this young man who was involved in the drug game was shot and killed in (you guessed it)Detroit.  Well some cats took it upon themselves  to go to the funeral home and shoot up the body and casket some more.  Now what was that about?
