Although I have been singing and in music all of my life, my mother wasn't able to afford to continue getting me the piano lessons that I needed. I still was able to mature in song writing (lyrics) and vocal but my keyboard skills fell by the wayside. I find myself at a disadvantage in my writing because I have not choice but to send my lyrics away to get music (which i dont mind) however, i am looking for some help in learning some basic chord theory. So i can get an Idea of what I want when composing even before sending it out to my musician friend. I want to be a better a player but since, finances still won't allow me to get appropriate lessons and i find the tutorials still a bit over my head. I need the basics, someone point me in a good direction please.

During our stay in Oceanside the past few months I was able to walk wherever I needed, but since we moved to Vista everything is a bit further away. My brother has been toting around this steel Serotta frame for a while, not sure exactly what to do with it, so I asked him if we could build it up. I?d rather not move anywhere in the near future that requires me to own an automobile, so putting some work into a bike that I can take with me wherever I go seems like a decent idea.Amid news of all the new releases coming this year and next sometimes it?s nice to be able to look back to what kept you up late school nights all those years ago.
