I'm taking a break... lol. I'll try to watch some more in a few minutes.
I think I may have to watch in 10-minute segments. My stomach can't take this...
I just had THE best double bacon chicken sub on the east coast! That thang was slammin'!
*Looks around* "Grey's Anatomy? Heck naw, I don't watch that show! It may be good, but I ain't trying to get hooked on another show. I thought this was the CS thread."
Still watching? ;D
I just thought of something.
I'm not tryna rain on the Grey's parade... but ummm...
What kinda SWAT team is gonna shoot a terrorist shooter one time in the shoulder, and then let him get walk away? How in the world did that happen?
I remember while watching, I thought it was a little lame for Callie not to take the gun when he held his hand out. It looked like he was trying to surrender, and this chick lost her cool so much that she just put the gauze on top of the gun??? I just chalked it up to her being really nervous and not thinking straight. Which I guess I can understand...
Oh and another thing that was SUPER COOL was the camera angle when the Mr. Clark dragged Bailey from under the bed. That was so unbelievable. Totally didn't see that coming. I suspected he might hear her gasp or something, but I never expected him to drag her out by her feet. That was good.
LOL @ How over the top dramatic Rue is being.
I had a crack but then I read the thread...you're right. :-\ :D :D
I will agree that Bailey gets a supporting actress Emmy. Hands down. Her break down concerning the elevators culminating the day's events was KILLER!!! It was Gold, Jerry! GOLD! :D
IRT the wrap-up: YES!!! I was so glad. I get the point of cliffhangers, but that doesn't make me hate them any less. I can tolerate a week-to-week cliffhanger, but for a season finale, I just hate it. If you write the show well enough and have the right actors, you don't need to cliff-hang people into watching the next season.
Oh, I also liked how cool Chief was at the end.
And being the LaRue I am, I was kinda hoping for one of those moments where the killer breaks down and the writers make you feel bad for him... I just really felt for him throughout the whole episode, and I wanted the writers to justify my feelings. LOL :D
1. I would've preferred the crack, thanks.
2. ROFL @ the Seinfeld references. I can hear you saying it, too! LOL! And yeah, I told MM04 on the phone that I thought Bailey was about to have a nervous breakdown... and then when she faced the windows, I kinda thought she was going to break the window to try to get some help (which would've been a bit more in her character, than to just sit down and watch dude die), but still... that scene stole the whole show.
And bump botha y'all. I am NOT overthetopdramatic. I'm just REAL. :P :D :D
Oh, we talked earlier about Bailey's EXCELLENT acting job, but you know who else really killed? The young girl who said she was raised on a farm? I think she said she was Reed's best friend?? That girl did an awesome job, and they gave her great lines. Or maybe I'm just relating to her because she reminded me of what I would probably do in that situation. Her shock was just so real and so familiar (not that I've ever been in a situation like that). I just really related to her. And when she was facing the shooter, it was like ME on camera. LOL. I just loved it! So glad I watched.
I just thought of something.

Chief (funny how we call him 'Chief' and he ain't :D) was sho' nuff strong in the room with Mr. Clark. Great scene.
Cosign!!
I thought of that when I saw it. After he shot him the guy from the SWAT team was like "come on" and I'm like, "HE'S STILL FRIGGIN' MOVING!!!" :D :D
I would have done the same thing or (even worse) help him put it on to show that I'm not trying to hurt him. :-\
That had me grabbing on to stuff!
+1

I only watched it because of the hype that was around it. I don't think I've ever seen better television! (I say that like I was around during TV golden era or something. :D :D) Unfortunately I was eating pizza and fruit punch while watching this. :( :D :D
I had to keep pausing it and walking away from my computer. My sister had Disney on in the other room so I watched that for a bit (kinda didn't help that much) and then came back...with my pizza and my fruit punch.
How the heck did the shooter get into the operating room? Did anybody else jump nearly every time the shooter was shown after the first two shootings? Did anybody jump when the door opened, you thought it was the shooter, and it wasn't?
