Any gig bag or case that will fit a Fender will do.  Any music store (Guitar Center, Sam Ash, local) or online store (Musicians Friend, Zzzounds, Sam Ash, Rondo) will have them.  Just comes down to how much you're looking to spend.

I picked up a Fender Deluxe Gig Bag from guitarcenter.com for $30. Padding and pockets galore! :D

RMC Audio has GK soft bags for the 700rb/1001rb.  Pretty good quality.

If I were looking for a piece of GK gear, I'd go to rmc audio first every time.
