DocRoy, thanks for the compliment, you continue to ask God to bless your playing and you will be a beast on the bass. Continue to practice no matter how frustrated you get. It will come. I don't think I have arrived, I have a long way to go. Some of these cats I see here on LGM are beast, I consider myself a mediocre bass player.

ddwilkins, thanks for the compliment.. John P Kee is my favorite Gospel artist. His bass players stand out above all in my opinion. You in Wilson, NC right? dude u should have come down to Sam Ashe in Raleigh last weekend, we had a wonderful shed with about 6 bassist and 2 guitars getting busy. It was fun. Im, in Greensboro, but I came to Raleigh for a set-up.
