Title: What are the basic offices in a music ministry and their description?

All,

What are the basic offices in a music ministry and their description? For example:

Minister of Music,
Choir Director,
Choir Administrator,
etc...

I know duties would vary from ministry to ministry but what would be the basic differences between the positions if a church had all three positions in operation?
