I didn't get a chance :( got a phone call cause I was asked to play with a group on Saturday hopefully I will get to it this week ... however my honey do list keeps growing :(

He'll repost any lessons you want just request it, he's also giving lessons on his site "thebasszone.net" I've been take lesson from him on his site and through skype. He says he can concentrate more on helping beginners through his site. ;)

Yes! lets take two major scales, C major and Bb major and place numbers under each degree of the scale:
C D E F G A B C Bb C D Eb F G A Bb
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
now if I say play a 251 progression in the key C major you would play: D(2)-G(5)-1(C)
if I say play a 251 progression in the key of Bb major you would play: C(2)-F(5)-Bb(1)
Here's a G major scale: G A B C D E F# G if I say play a 251 progression in the key of G major what would you play ?/?
